A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of appearing on the Fearless Kea Podcast. The podcast focuses on having honest conversations about one's fears, personal growth, and professional development. After the conversation, my brain juices started flowing and it inspired me to check out more podcasts on professional development. I already had a bunch that I listened to but wanted to find some more.
After some research and listening, I found so many incredible ones. There are tons and they all focus on different topics. With that in mind, below you’ll find a list of podcasts that keep me motivated and focus on the stories of other #GirlBosses. In an effort to keep things current, I only included podcasts that are still being recorded. Check it out.

Workparty - Hosted by Create & Cultivate founder Jaclyn Johnson, the podcast focuses on the lessons in building a successful career. It features women like Cyndi Ramirez, Aleen Keshishian, and more.
Marie Forleo podcast - Marie’s podcast is one of my favorites. Her podcast is a mix of quick motivational episodes and interview-based episodes featuring a wide range of successful people.
She’s Got Drive - Hosted by Shirley McAlpine, she focuses on sharing the stories of successful black women and how they achieved success.
Girl Boss Radio - This podcast highlights the stories of so many incredible #girlbosses.
Blessed & Bossed Up - A motivational podcast that merges faith and business together.
Dreams in Drive - Each week they chat with creative and lifestyle entrepreneurs about their dreaming driving stories.
Goal Digger by Jenna Kutcher - Another favorite, Jenna packs each episode with a ton of knowledge and gems on being a creative entrepreneur and influencer.
Black Women Talk Work - This podcast focuses on the experiences of black women at work.
The Femails - A classic from the website Career Contessa.
